Job Description

Essential Functions:
Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients'' proprietary information
Removes trays of processed mail from shelves and operates the jogger
Inserts documents that have been jogged into the transport hopper for imaging
Types in specific information for whatever campaign that will be running
Removes documents from bins after they have been processed by the machine
Separates documents from checks
Sets up transport for encoding of checks, and processes those checks through the imager
Bundles information according to specific criteria and puts in tray
Clears jams from machine using established methods
Performs reject pulls and batch setups
Participates in CDS Global''s ergonomic stretching/strengthening exercise program
Performs general maintenance on the transport as necessary

Required Skills
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must be age 16 or older
Verbal and written communication skills-ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language and make appropriate decisions
Must commit to 40 hrs per week
Working knowledge of PC/CRT equipment/office equipment
Ability to make group or independent decisions
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to react to change and remain productive
Required Experience
Post-offer, pre-employment exam will be required
Criminal background checks will be conducted on qualified candidates
