00pm PERM role with benefits What will you be doing? Creates and follows prescribed safety rules and regulations and assures subordinates follow all safety rules and regulations.
Performs or assists subordinates in performing duties (is a working supervisor when necessary).
Creates an environment of continuous improvement of processes, controls, production, and labor that satisfy the customer.
Works with MRP Controllers to create schedule timelines and departmental workloads to ensure sales order shipment dates are met.
Develops a process plan including people, resources, equipment, and floor space for each customer order.
Plans flow of materials through the plant, including the development of the physical layout of the plant, to assure that work is completed efficiently, profitably, and per schedule.

Salary:
$19 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
