Assistant Trainer - Now Hiring
Position OverviewElite Sales Processing (ESP), an RGA company, is currently seeking a Assistant Trainer to join our team in Harlan, IA.
In this role you will assist in training of new hires in the Inspections and Point of Sale department.
Assist with additional training with current employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a strong attention to detail and who has an aptitude for training others in new processes and products.
Responsibilities Maintains quality service by enforcing ESP and customer expectations.
Analyze and resolve quality and customer service issues with Inspections and Point of Sale employees.
Conduct mock calls with employees for training as needed.
Review recorded calls to ensure personal date collected is accurate and thorough.
Creates weekly average call time report to manager.
Prepares phone verification reports to send to employee's manager.
Conducts telephone interviews as needed.
Responsible for following all privacy laws and FCRA.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
Perform quality control and training duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
RequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required:
High school diploma or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years conducting telephone interview experience Completion of LOMA 280 Preferred:
Completion LOMA 290 and 301 SKILLS AND ABILITIES Required:
Ability to motivate and influence co-workers Well-organized Excellent problem-solving skills Medical terminology knowledge, and or life insurance knowledge Strong customer service skills Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication Company OverviewElite Sales Processing, Inc.
