What you do:
Promote member independence and accomplishment of goals by supporting daily activities like cooking, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, etc.
Follow the person-centered behavior and care plans for each member.
Drive a company vehicle to transport members to events and appointments.
Administer medications to residents as trained and required.
What you need:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide proof of insurance and valid Iowa driver's license or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
Ability to keep clear and concise records and use good judgment.
Be an effective team player, have integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be responsible and maintain confidentiality.
